The ACU-ARC 10LT corrugated pipe automatic welding machine is designed for the automated welding of stamped membrane corrugated pipes ranging from 0.08mm to 0.35mm in thickness. It is capable of welding inner holes and outer circumferences with inner diameters from 5.8mm to 136mm and outer diameters from 15mm to 300mm. The entire machine utilizes a hollow 100mm precision rotary support, ensuring a rotational runout of no more than 0.01mm. By integrating the architectural advantages of HI-MACH VI STRUCTRUE, it is equipped with Microplasma power supply and automatic angle and position adjustment functions for the welding gun, simplifying the complex corrugated pipe welding process.

Weldable materials include stainless steel, titanium, titanium alloy, nickel alloy, tantalum alloy, valve alloy, and other materials.
