Recently, Kunshan Limahe Automation Technology Co., Ltd. was officially selected for the large-scale brand enterprise documentary program "Strong Nation Intelligent Manufacturing" jointly created by China Industry News and the "Strong Nation Intelligent Manufacturing" column team. The enterprise exclusive feature film "Welding Pulse Inheritance" will be officially broadcasted from August 26, 2026. The feature film is 10 minutes long and hosted by CCTV host Yao Xuesong. It will be broadcasted multiple times on the Central New Film and Old Story Channel at 12:04 and 20:04 on August 26, 16:04 on August 27, and 00:04 on August 28. CCTV mobile TV will also be launched simultaneously, presenting the complete development process of Limach's more than 20 years of deep cultivation in the field of precision welding, from technological catch-up to independent leadership.


Just before the broadcast of the program, Limach had just concluded his trip to the 2026 Taipei Double Exhibition. The entire series of automatic welding equipment received a large number of industry customer cooperation intentions, forming a benign development pattern of "high level of central media certification technology and wide range of market verification applications".



Based on the pain points of the industry, we will embark on the path of independent innovation in domestic welding


In high-end manufacturing, automated welding equipment is the core process support, and its precision directly determines the manufacturing level of end products. In 2008, China's precision welding field was still in the stage of technological accumulation, with core equipment highly dependent on imports, high procurement costs, and lagging service response, becoming one of the pain points restricting the upgrading of the domestic high-end manufacturing industry.


Based on the practical needs of breaking through the industry, Li Jian'an founded Kunshan Limahe Automation Technology Co., Ltd. and formed a research and development team to focus on the localization of precision welding equipment, with the aim of breaking the monopoly of overseas technology. The team started with corrugated pipe welding equipment and devoted themselves to the research and development of the first corrugated pipe welding machine in China, officially kicking off the independent innovation of domestic precision welding equipment. In 2012, LD control technology and HI-MACH completed technical integration, officially establishing the Limach brand. Refining aviation grade quality to build a solid foundation of zero fault tolerance technology


In the feature film, the technological breakthrough in the aviation field is a key turning point in the development process of Limach. In the early stages of its establishment, the enterprise took the initiative to challenge the industry's technological peak and undertook the research and development project of high-precision welding of corrugated pipes in the aviation field. At that time, there was no mature solution in this field domestically, and aviation grade standards were strict with extremely low fault tolerance.


In order to live up to customer trust and contribute to the development of the national aviation industry, the Limach R&D team strives for excellence and continues to iterate and optimize after the equipment meets the basic delivery standards. Ultimately, the cutting accuracy of the pipe mouth is stably controlled within 0.01 millimeters, and the accuracy, speed, and comprehensive efficiency of the equipment reach the advanced level of similar products worldwide. The first high-precision corrugated pipe cutting machine in China has been successfully developed.


The success of the aviation supporting project has not only established a solid industry technical reputation for Limach, but also accumulated a "nearly zero fault tolerance" quality control system, becoming the core competitiveness for the company to expand into high-end manufacturing fields such as semiconductors, AI liquid cooling, and medical equipment in the future.



Breaking through technological barriers and creating the MICRO-TIG ultra-thin welding process


The technological accumulation in the aviation field has enabled the Limach team to see the deep challenges of precision welding: the real technical bottleneck is not in thick wall welding, but in the field of ultra-thin materials. Faced with the world-class challenge of welding ultra-thin films below 0.01 millimeters, the team rooted themselves in the laboratory for repeated experiments, extracted core laws from massive process data, deeply cultivated micro heat control technology, and ultimately created the MICRO-TIG welding technology.


This technology achieves precise energy input at the millimeter level and can complete ultra-thin film welding at the scale of hair strands, successfully breaking through international technological barriers. At present, Limach has improved the welding current control accuracy to the level of 0.01 amperes. Its MICRO-ARC series equipment is designed for automatic welding of ultra-thin materials ranging from 0.03mm to 1mm. The automatic welding line for film sheets can stably solve the welding problem of 0.01mm ultra-thin metal pressure film sheets. The related technology has been widely applied in high-end manufacturing scenarios such as semiconductors, new energy vehicles, and instruments.
