At this exhibition, we have brought three trump card equipment product line matrices, fully covering the entire process requirements for semiconductor fluid pipe processing.
First, Water Separator Automatic Welding Machine (ETR-TX M / ETR-TX A)
Specially designed for AI liquid cooling water diverters and energy storage manifold pipelines, it is equipped with the ETR400A infinite rotary mechanism and HI-PULSE intelligent pulse power supply. It achieves multi-axis linkage for fully automated welding of tees, crosses, and intersecting lines, precisely controlling welding heat input. It perfectly fits ultra-thin-walled pipe fittings ranging from 0.5 to 3mm, and is widely used in the mass production of semiconductor computing power liquid cooling and energy storage cooling pipelines.
Second, corrugated pipe orifice welding machine ROBUST-ARC 06/35
The ultra-thin-walled welding machine at this exhibition boasts remarkable technological highlights. This machine innovatively combines torque technology and dual-drive synchronous control, leveraging the characteristics of micro-arc to perfectly solve the welding challenges of thin-walled corrugated pipes and flanges. It precisely controls deformation and center deviation, enhancing quality and efficiency. It is suitable for automatic welding of corrugated pipes and flanges/joints made of various materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy, with diameters ranging from 3mm to 350mm and wall thicknesses from 0.03mm to 2mm.
Third, the multi-function automatic welding machine ACU-ARC 10-22R
It is suitable for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, alloys, and special materials with diameters ranging from 10mm to 800mm and thicknesses from 1mm to 16mm. It is compatible with various welding processes such as GMAW, GTAW, PAW, and LBW. Equipped with six-axis linkage control, it ensures precise and efficient welding. The machine has a high degree of automation and is suitable for diverse welding conditions.

The full range of equipment is deeply compatible with AI computing power, liquid cooling, energy storage, aerospace, precision instruments, and semiconductor high-purity fluid pipeline manufacturing scenarios. All series of equipment are equipped with a digital process database, completely eliminating the limitations of traditional welding that rely on manual feel.
