Making every argon arc weld to the extreme is our commitment to delivering the most reassuring results to our customers.


Addressing the prevalent issues in the 316L stainless steel and copper thin-walled liquid cooling tube industry, such as welding burnthrough, weld porosity, workpiece deformation, and pressure leakage, our equipment is equipped with an autonomous AI closed-loop intelligent control system. Combined with micro-beam TIG precision argon arc welding technology, it achieves integrated software and hardware customization development. The welding current of the equipment can be precisely controlled to 0.01A, with a regulation accuracy far exceeding that of traditional welding equipment. Fine parameter regulation can effectively compress the heat-affected zone of the weld, reduce thermal damage caused by high temperatures, optimize welding conditions from the process source, mitigate multiple welding defects such as burnthrough, porosity, and deformation, eliminate potential pressure leakage hazards in the later stage, and improve the yield of liquid cooling pipelines.


Our company offers a range of AI-based liquid cooling dedicated welding equipment, which can accommodate a full-size pipe diameter of up to 3800mm. It supports the welding of various liquid cooling components such as straight pipes, pipe flanges, water distributors, ultra-thin corrugated pipes, and intersecting line connectors, covering a wide range of application scenarios. The equipment is equipped with hundreds of customized process databases for the liquid cooling industry, allowing for one-click access to mature process formulas. Relying on AI-based intelligent real-time adaptive regulation, it collects key data such as current, voltage, and rotational speed online, automatically fine-tuning the welding trajectory and process parameters. The equipment lowers the operational threshold, eliminating the technical dependence on skilled welders, and enabling even zero-foundation personnel to achieve stable mass production.


The equipment is equipped with a 14.1-inch industrial touch screen and an IoT intelligent module, enabling convenient human-machine interaction and comprehensive intelligent configuration. The entire production process data is automatically stored and archived, supporting production record query and traceability to meet compliance management requirements. Product quality control benchmarks against computing power and the stringent quality inspection standards of leading semiconductor enterprises. The measured weld porosity rate is less than 0.1%, with no weld slag splashes or oxidation blackening on the inner wall of the pipe fittings. The one-time pass rate of pipeline air tightness is stable at over 99.5%, and the overall performance benchmarks against imported high-end welding equipment.


Relying on our independent research and development capabilities, we have built the world's first AI-controlled liquid-cooled 3mm corrugated tube full-process intelligent production line, integrating corrugated tube forming, ultra-precision cutting, automatic assembly, and intelligent welding processes to achieve one-stop closed-loop production. This has filled the industry gap in China for fully automated, large-scale production of ultra-fine liquid-cooled corrugated tubes. At the same time, we possess mature capabilities in customizing and developing non-standard equipment, and can develop specialized welding equipment according to needs. Our equipment has been successfully implemented and put into production in multiple fields such as intelligent computing centers, semiconductors, new energy storage, and high-end industrial control.
