The integrated automatic welding equipment for overlapping and welding of silicon steel plates in stator/rotor of new energy automobile motor completes the whole process of automatic welding under pressure. The whole machine consists of servo pressure control system, fixture for stator/rotor finalization, welding power supply and ROBUST-ARC multi-power control system. After the punch is fed to the positioning fixture, the system completes all processes of pressurization, inspection, welding and blanking in accordance with HMI instructions.
