ACU-ARC/RMulti-functional Automatic Welding Machine

ACU-ARC 10R series automatic welding machine is used for precision instrumentation, semiconductors, medical devices, military and aerospace components such as precision fittings, columns, valves, tanks, etc. Equipped with GTAW, PAW, LBW power supply to weld stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, titanium alloy, nickel alloy, tantalum alloy, valveable alloy and copper materials.
For automatic welding of toroidal welds of 2-320mm in diameter, 8-500mm in length and 0.1-5mm in thickness.

: A central power rotating mechanism with a runout which is less than 0.02mm, coupled with PAW and LBW welding power supplies, minimizes heat input

: Five-axis four-linkage motion control, multi-angle welding posture adjustment, optimizing weld performance, and defect free weld molding

: Communication control between ACU-ARC/R arc technology and power supply+AVC arc control can also reach automatic welding process during deformation
