2. Erect the steel pipe that needs to be grooved on the grooving machine and the tail frame of the grooving machine, and level it with a level gauge to make the steel pipe in a horizontal position.
3. Close the steel pipe processing end section to the grooving machine, making the steel pipe central axis perpendicular to the roller surface.
4. Slowly press down. Jack, press the upper pressing wheel tightly against the steel pipe, start the grooving machine, and rotate the roller for one revolution. At this time, pay attention to observing whether the steel pipe section still adheres to the grooving machine. If it does not, adjust the pipe to level. If it is tight, slowly press down the jack to evenly roll the steel pipe to the predetermined groove depth.
5. Stop the machine, check the depth and width of the groove with a vernier caliper, confirm that they meet the standard requirements, then unload the jack and take out the steel pipe.

Installation of mechanical tee and four-way
1. Play the ink line on the steel pipe to determine the location of the joint branch pipe opening.
2. Fix the chain opener at the intended opening position of the steel pipe.
3. Start the motor and turn the hand wheel to make the drill bit approach the steel pipe slowly, while adding lubricant at the opening bit to protect the bit and finish opening the hole in the steel pipe.
4. Stop the machine, shake the hand wheel, open the chain, take off the hole opener, clean up the metal block and the residue of the hole opener, and polish the hole smoothly with the sander.
5. Set the clamp on the steel pipe, pay attention to the mechanical tee should be concentric with the hole, the rubber seal ring and the hole gap is uniform, tighten the bolt in place.
6. such as mechanical four-way, open the hole must pay attention to ensure that the hole on both sides of the steel pipe concentric, otherwise when the installation is complete, may lead to the rubber ring rupture, and affect the overwater area.

2. Insert another steel pipe with lubricant around the end into the rubber seal, and turn the rubber seal so that it is located in the middle part of the interface.
3. Install the upper and lower clamps on the outside of the rubber seal, and feed the convex side of the clamp into the groove, press the upper and lower clamp ears, tighten the nuts in the position of the clamp screw holes, put on the bolts and tighten the nuts evenly in rotation, and hammer the clamp with a wooden hammer during the process of screwing the nuts to ensure that the rubber seal does not wrinkle and the convex side of the clamp needs to be stuck into the groove in full circumference.
4. Add support hanger on the pipe within 500mm of the rigid clamp joint.
VI, After the installation of the system pressure test pipeline, the system pressure test should be carried out. Before the system pressure test, it is necessary to comprehensively check whether all mounting parts, fixing brackets, etc. are installed in place.
